There is a trend in climate discussions to devalue individual solutions such as wind energy alternative fuels or investment in public transport because each one by itself is not going to solve the climate crisis. There is not however and will never be any single solution to climate change.  When there is no single solution to a problem attempts to improve the situation should not be dismissed on the grounds that they do not work fully. We should get past the bickering and move towards promoting any single initiative which will have any positive effect on climate change however small.
